Built by healthcare security and operations leaders who've lived through the aftermath of a breach, Remparo keeps hospitals and physician practices working when everything else stops.
The status quo isn't working. We're here to change it.
Every health system has a disaster recovery plan. Nearly all of them stop at the same place: "the servers are back online." Nobody plans for what happens after that. The billing team can't file claims, the front desk can't verify coverage, and cash stops coming in for weeks or months. The industry has accepted this gap as the cost of a breach. We don't.
As CISO of Availity, the nation's largest real-time health information network, I led Availity's security response to the Change Healthcare incident. In 2025 alone, I saw more than 800 breaches across our partner ecosystem. Each one taught me the same thing. Getting systems back is not the same as getting the business back.
After Change Healthcare, the harder question was what happens when the next breach hits. Providers and partners could not survive a second major outage. Mike built Rapid Recovery so they would never have to. It was designed to protect the entire ecosystem and keep critical healthcare infrastructure available during a breach. That work led to a broader philosophy, Recovery In Depth™. It says recovery has to be planned, staged and ready before the attack, not improvised during it.
Remparo was built to put that philosophy to work. Our products are designed to limit the long-term damage a breach does to your business:
- Continuity puts your revenue cycle and patient access staff back to work on clean, preloaded desktops, so claims and scheduling keep moving.
- Vault keeps your payer, billing and banking records offsite, out of reach of the attack, ready the moment you need them.
- Hardline ships hardened, HIPAA-compliant laptops to your site within 48 hours, so you aren't waiting weeks to replace compromised devices.
We're dedicated to one mission: helping the provider community stand up to the financial loss of a breach. That means hospitals and physician practices stay open, get paid and keep caring for patients while everyone else is still waiting to recover.
Remparo. Rebuilding trust.
Meet Our Team
Remparo is led by operators from healthcare IT, revenue cycle management, and incident response — people who have sat in the room during an active breach and watched a DR plan succeed at its own metric while the organization still couldn't file a claim.
Mike Green is the founder and CEO of Remparo, where he leads the company's mission to help hospitals and physician offices respond to and recover from cyber security breaches. Mike brings more than two decades of executive security leadership in healthcare and regulated industries to that mission. He previously served as the CISO for Evernorth Health Services, the $103 billion health services division of Cigna, and as CISO for Availity, the nation's largest healthcare clearinghouse, where he safeguarded the infrastructure connecting providers, payers, and patients across the country. A sought-after speaker and thought leader, Mike has presented at conferences around the world on cyber threat intelligence, AI security, system resilience, and healthcare cyber security. His perspective, shaped by years defending some of the largest healthcare organizations in the country, has made him a trusted voice for hospitals and physician practices navigating an increasingly complex threat landscape.
